We provide personalized recruiting strategy, NIL education, and mentorship rooted in faith, integrity, and excellence.
AO1 is a faith-driven football recruiting and sports management company that equips student-athletes and families with the tools they need to navigate the recruiting process with confidence, clarity and purpose.

George Parkinson III

George Parkinson III is one of the founders of Audience of 1 (AO1). A lifelong athlete and coach, George’s passion for sports—especially football—runs deep. Growing up in a football family, he and his father and brothers all played the game, and George vividly remembers the impact his father had as a coach. Inspired by that example, George has spent more than a decade coaching at the youth and high school levels, leading multiple undefeated teams and competing nationally with Pop Warner.
In addition to AO1, George leads a nonprofit, Alpha Christian Athletes, which focuses on developing athletes not only in their physical performance but also in their faith—teaching them how to build a personal relationship with God.
George and his close friend and AO1 co-founder, Robert Cruz, were both blessed with sons who have received national recognition from some of the top Division I programs in the country. Through that journey, they gained firsthand experience navigating the complex recruiting process. Combining their knowledge, passion, and faith, they launched AO1 to help families successfully walk through the challenges of college recruiting.
Outside of sports and ministry, George brings over 17 years of business and marketing experience as the founder of a consulting firm.
George lives in Berks County with his wife, Nicole, their daughter, Ava, and their son, George IV. He loves spending time with family and friends, whether it’s going out to eat, watching movies, playing video games, coaching, or mentoring young men.

Robert Cruz Jr., born and raised in Lancaster, PA, is one of the founders of Audience of 1 (AO1). Coming from a basketball family, Robert grew up playing the game throughout high school. Over the past eight years his love for football has grown tremendously, fueled in large part by watching his son develop into a nationally ranked and recognized athlete. Walking alongside his son’s journey has given Robert firsthand insight into the challenges families face in today’s ever-changing recruiting landscape.
With over a decade of business experience and more than 15 years of parental experience, Robert is passionate about combining his skills with his calling to help athletes and their families. His heart’s desire is to guide others through the recruiting process with integrity, dedication, and faith, showing them the blueprint for success both on and off the field.
Above all, Robert is a man of God. He believes that faith, family, and sports form the foundation of a fulfilling life, and AO1 provides a platform where those values can come together to impact the next generation of athletes.
Robert is blessed with four sons and enjoys investing in their growth both as athletes and young men of character. For him, every opportunity to serve others through AO1 is about more than just sports. It is about building character, nurturing faith, and honoring God.
